Quality control
Testing Process
This is a mandatory process applied to all masterbatch products.
We follow ISO standard testing methods.
Test specimens are made from the compounded color masterbatch pellets.
With our current equipment, we are able to perform the following tests :
- Melt Flow Rate (MFR)
- Impact Strength / Charpy Test
- Hardness / Rockwell Hardness
- Density or Specific Gravity (SG)
- Heat Resistance / HDT or UL-746B (UL Temperature Under Load - UTUL)
- Tensile and Flexural Strength (TS and FS)
- Ash Content / ASH
