SIK Vietnam 10 year annivesary
On 7th of April , all officers and employees of SIK Vietnam were honored to welcome Corporation Representatives to attend the 10th anniversary. This is a great event not only for the company, but also has tremendous meaning for each member of company in particular, because we all have the opportunity to meet together, and look back each development stage of the company and feel more close to this "second family" .
Since its establishment in March 2003, according to the time flow, SIK Vietnam has experienced for a long way and coped with a lot of changes. At the beginning of its establishment, the factory and have been building, all staffs at that time was working in temporary office. Over 10 years, nowadays, new factory and warehouse construction has been completed, this construction has created the first background for the company to expand the scale and increase production capacity.
During the past 10 years, each member of the company has struggled with the difficulties to build up and make the company growing. For each company, early founded 10 years stages is always difficult and hazardous one. 10 years is also an important milestone, marking the changes and growth of SIK Vietnam, and that is thanks to the solidarity and dedication of all employees.
SIK Viet Nam was very delighted to welcome all the guests taking a long way and coming to 10 year anniversary. The presence of the guests, the Representative from Sanyo Kako company - Mr Saiki Hiroshi, INABATA Leadership Group – Mr Inabata Katsutaro, Mr Otsuki Nobuhiro, Mr Nishimura Osamu, Mr Kaneko Satoru, Mr Ozaki Ichiro, and Leadership from IK groups and SIK groups, has enormously multiplied the honor of SIK Vietnam.
The ceremony was begun with "Lotus" dance - sounding contemporary folk which was performed by the young employees of the company. That dance also expresses the hospitality spirit of all employees with guests.
The Representative of company – Mr Tanimura Yoshinari - present General Director had a talk expressed his sincere thanks to all officers and employees, who have accompanied with the company to overcome difficulties and challenges. After Mr Tanimura’s speech, Mr Inabata Katsutaro – the Chairman of Inabata Cooperation shared the deepest feeling from his heart, right from the first day he came to visit the company, from the first day INABATA established the branch in Vietnam up to now, when new factory and warehouse construction has been completed. The development of the company, in large part, thanks to the technical support from Sanyo Kako company.
Mr Saiki Hiroshi – the General Director of Sanyo Kako and Mr Inabata , Mr Monji, Mr Tanimura have toast together in order to the solidarity spirit between two companies, for strong development of SIK Viet Nam in general and INABATA Corporation in particular.
Attending the anniversary, each member of the company has opportunity to see the images of company and remind the memories from the early days, the pictures of familiar colleagues who worked together for a long time, among them, some people have left , some people have continued to devote for the company. Mr Tanimura - present General Director and Mr Monji - previous General Director gave the most beautiful flowers and send his honour to 5 officers and employees, Ms Do Thi Thanh Huyen - Chief Accountant of the company, Ms Bui Thi Nghia – Accounting staff, Mr Pham Hai Huong – Manager of Maintenance Div, Mr Nguyen Van Hung – Manager of Production Div, Mr Le Van Thuong – Leader of Production Div. All of them have contributed to buid the company developed as now.
Together sharing the joy with us in the celebration day, the staffs from Departments have devoted their impressive musical demonstration, especially, on one could forget the image of Mr Furubayashi and Mr Monji with their singing in harmony for cheering in this memorable reunion day. The performance of “Nón” dance with the music of "Vietnam - my homeland" song, performed by staffs of the company, as a goodbye to the guests, and invite them come back to Vietnam - a land with full of hospitality in the 20 year anniversary.
End of the program, Mr Nishimura Osamu made a speech to close the ceremony. Through his solemn voice, every one understand that, in the future, we will face with a lots difficulties, changes constantly happening. To overcome these challenges, each of us needs to have a sense of responsibility, make effort and strived more, set the background for the leap development of the company.
SIK Viet Nam would express the thanks to INABATA Corporation because INABATA has selected Viet Nam as the market for investment, construction and development. SIK Vietnam also keeps in mind the basic business philosophy, set out by the Corporation during its 10 years of operation, that is " Respect and uphold human values", it is considered as the foundation to continually devote for the development of the company.
